Delivery Information

Whilst we aim to deliver REM products in 4 weeks delivery will be advised on your Order Acknowledgement following confirmation of receipt of payment. Our Delivery Driver will call via mobile to confirm exact day and approximate time once the goods have been despatched.

Please ensure that access to your property is suitable for both the Product and Wagon delivery and that there are no parking restrictions in place to prevent us making the delivery. The size of each product is detailed in the Product Books which can be found/downloaded on each product page of our Website.

Please note, delivery is made by one REM Driver to your kerbside. Should you wish to have the products placed indoors by our Driver this will be as an ‘Invitee’ only, and REM shall not be liable for any damage occurring.

For deliveries by REM Vehicles and as part of our REM Earth Service we can consider ‘packaging disposal’ for those who ‘opted in’ on their Purchase Order. Our Driver can discuss this with you at point of delivery.

Trade is with Mainland UK and Northern Ireland with the following exceptions


These are listed below by Post Code. Our system will not allow you to place an order if you reside in any of these locations. You will be advised on the payment portal to contact our Sales Office by either Phone or Email to discuss your Order and delivery options to remote locations *POA

      • IV – Inverness and Outlying Islands
      • KW – Kirkwall and Outlying Islands incl Orkneys
      • ZE – Shetlands
      • GY – Guernsey
      • JE – Jersey 
      • PO30 to PO40 – Isle of Wight
      • IM – Isle of Man
      • Any other outlying Islands POA
